So many of us working in various professions can get tired, stressed or burnt out. Making sure we are looking after our clients and ourselves often requires support from another professional. Ethical standards set by BACP & COSCA alongside other governing organisations require therapists to work with a Supervisor.

Evolve Supervisors love working with other therapists, we specialise in Clinical Supervision. At Evolve our supervisors are qualified, experienced, professional, ethical, compassionate and love helping other therapists with their work, in support of their clients.

We support our supervisees to develop their practice, their self care and above all their ethical standards. We do not see Supervision as hierarchical, our approach is similar to work with our own clients. A relationship build of trust, that requires both people’s input.

We provide supervision for professionals who either want to have support by engaging our Supervision privately or through organisations looking to supply supervision for their employees. This can be for a wide range of professionals from psychotherapists, counsellors, medical workers, police or fire brigade etc. We are happy to discuss whatever the individuals or organisational requirements are.
